I keep trying update KB5032288 and it constantly fails and restarts at least 20 times and undoes the changes. Any ideas on how I can diagnose this or fix it?

So this happened to me, you could have a update blocker which is what I had and could not find out what was blocking it. I just did a fresh install of windows. Worked like a charm. Few bumps here and there but overall I did it. Finally on 22H2 instead of 1909...

If it is something that you 100% need, I would do a fresh install. If not, don't sweat it. You can live on your current version.
