I use a Dell laptop with i7th 12th gen, RTX3050ti and 16gb ram.
Windows 11.

I downloaded an application named PMDG Operation Center V2, it's basically a software for managing aircraft (made by pmdg) in flight simulators. For some reason, whenever I own it I just see a blank screen and not the contents of the software. When I googled this the pmdg had forum on it saying, you need to follow this steps:

  1. Browse to %APPDATA%\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center
  2. Right-click PMDG Operations Center.exe and choose "Properties"
  3. Compatibility Tab
  4. Change High DPI settings
  5. Tick the Override high DPI scaling behaviour And select Scaling performed by System

But, I got stuck at the 3rd step the compatibility tab for some reason it is not visible to me on the properties of any files.
It's really annoying since I am not able to start the application just because of this 1 single thing.

Can anyone please help me out?
