I went back into the registry editor and removed the permissions and restarted and everything was still messed up

now its starting to say this when I try to run it in task manager

I also cant even get into my settings

no, I was hoping there would be batch files that were premade that I could use to revert

Seems like there is no way on restoring the keys. You could try performing a repair installation with a Windows 11 installer (made with MediaCreationTool, then selecting Repair Computer when booting on the USB), or reinstalling Windows.

I'm not good at these kinds of things, so that's all I can think of.
