computer dont boot

PROBLEM: my computer keep restarting and giving me blue screen were i need to restart (i am doing it agai n and again)
WHAT I TRIED: turn off the computer with the button, with the screen button and by turning off the power

Bro, i had the same problem like a year ago, i tried so many things nothing helped, i just paid for a professional to fix it, the problem was my disk, it was burn from inside a little bit

Any os failure or driver error could cause this, so a burn is unlikely
