The one not listed is Modern Standby i.e. S0. It's the new idle/low power management by modern CPUs/BIOS.
You can search on how to disable this on your own accord.

I don't think it's my BIOS, Linux doesn't do this, only Windows
Modern Standby in an actual practice isn't "sleep". Just low power during idle.
It's not Windows, it's literally the feature of modern CPUs.
It's a mild pain when I'm listening for Slack messages and keeping one eye on my laptop when I'm supposed to be working but maybe not working as hard as I should be that day 😛

No, I'm panicking because I'm missing messages... it seems my phone thinks Slack is still online
yet my laptop doesn't make a noise in this mode
so I completely miss any messages
I'm not entirely sure how this feature has activated itself on my laptop in the last few weeks,... it was fine before
but anyway, I'll try to turn it off... at least listening to user preferences in Power Options or giving us a simple toggle would be nice... maybe I'll write a feedback...
