I got a pc through a friend and wanted to do a fresh install of Windows 10, i even whiped all the data with "clean all" in Diskpart. But somehow if i install Windows 10 it tries to connect to any working server and the installation wont finish. Why did this part of data survived after i cleaned the solid drive? How can i get rid of this data?

what exactly do you think is saved? I dont quite understand, and why even install with wifi?
I think the network data of the organization this device was used before is still saved anywhere on the solid drive, like in a protected area. And the thing is usually u can install win without wifi but it doesnt give me the option to do so due to the given reason
If you did a clean install i.e. deleted all the partitions on the installation system drive, then a hard NO.
If you backed the profiles prior to clean install, you can launch the cmd Shift+F10, run commands something like this
netsh wlan add profile filename=<"the backed up wifi profile"> user=all
REM this a comment. command not included here turn on your wifi connection.
before continuing the Windows Experience setup to connect to the Wifi/Internet.
Well where is the data saved then? How can my PC know (after whiping the drive) that this is a former network pc and doesnt even let me continue with the normal Windows setup? I just want to use this pc normally. What can i do?
Yes i deleted all the partitions that showed up after using "list part" in Diskpart, altough arent there even "hidden partitions"?
since you have deleted the windows partition, you're done. no wifi profile saved. I dunno what you mean by hidden partition, but you have passed the change save your wifi profile.
just setup the wifi during the Windows Experience setup then.
To be clear i dont want to recover anything. I just want to use the pc
