Help, I just dropped my laptop and the screen is completely black, however, there is no visible damage or cracks on the screen and the laptop.

I think the laptop boots fine, just the screen isn't working at all.

Try shining a flashlight on the laptop screen

Also try plugging your laptop into a TV/monitor

the ribbon cable connecting the display to the motherboard could have came loose you might have to open it and put it back it shouldnt be that hard just some screws might void warrenty though
