Laptop is about a year old, I was abroad working for 2 months and came back 4 days ago, updated to the latest driver. Now whenever I try to run games like GR Wildlands or Apex Legends, instead of the 60++ FPS I got before, now I get 20-40 in any demanding game. Hadn't noticed this earlier as I was only playing some very easy to run games. While running any demanding game GPU usage is at 100% instantly.
Perhaps this is a driver issue, but I wouldn't be entirely sure about what to do in that case

Check if there isnt any proccess using your gpu that isnt the game
I also would suggest reinstalling your drivers
You can use DDU to completely remove it

In the Nvidia thing in the taskbar it didn't show any other processes

You gotta open task manager, right click CPU, then enable GPU
Then left click GPU to filter from most used to less

I already did this, used DDU and installed the previous driver version
