you mean Roblox? Yes It Crashes
The Microsoft Store Only Stays
The link Acto sent will usually fix it if you finish all the steps, even the ones on the 2nd page
It will work if Microsoft store not installing apps?
almost always yes, just don't stop following the instructions. MANY people stop at the end of the first page and give up -- don't give up.
Thanks
Check windows update
Get your updates before trying to fix it
Is that an update or something you were also wanting to install
Great once it has ✅ green checkmark, restart and try store again
SFC won't do anything useful by itself

Hello everyone, I decided to get access to the windowsapps folder, after, I deleted minecraft bedrock and minecraft launcher, after trying to install it in the microsoft store, it gives an error 0x80070005. What should I do now? Help me please((
Taking access of that folder causes corruption that may not be resolvable.
You've taken some unsupported actions and you may have to reinstall to be able to recover it
Start by trying to go through this checklist https://msft.chat/wiki/fixing-microsoft-store.html
Microsoft Community Discord general information website.
reinstall windows?
that's always an option, but you should try the easier/less impactful things first.
Like the repair option mentioned there, that has no downsides. It doesn't lose anything at all.
I dont see second page
when you get to the very end it says "if you still have problems go to ....."
click that 😄
you need to run the repair. again, it has no downloads or impacts or loss. It's NOT like a reset or reinstall
I won't lose files right?
but this will reinstall windows
no, it will repair windows
repair, reset, and reinstall are all 3 very different things
you're doing a repair by using these steps
if you would like, there's an alternative way to do a repair I can send, it does the same job
send it please
The way listed there says to run the media tool, choose "keep everything" and then run it.
My way is very similar, except you get the ISO first.
`Run the Windows Media Creator tool, choose to save a ISO file. You do not need a USB stick for this (that would be for a reinstall, not a repair).
Once you have the ISO file, just double-click it, then double-click Setup.exe inside. Run that and reboot and you will have repaired your installation. Again this is not destructive so you will not need to reinstall any programs/apps/settings after you're done.
It's sometimes called an in-place-upgrade because it's identical steps to upgrading, but staying on the same version. This repair method has been typical for decades.`
This has been a typical way to repair Windows since at least 1994, maybe longer. You can search online for "in place upgrade" or "repair install" to find info about it going back many many years, it's very safe and it almost always fixes issues, that's why our "store trouble" page mentions doing a repair if nothing else works
Without repair, I cant fix microsoft store right?
if everything on our "store trouble" wiki page fails, and everything on the next page it takes you for repairing to also fails, and the steps I posted above also fails..... then your next best option is probably going to be a clean install.
I just can't install any apps from microsoft store
those 4 options above are all you have
1. if everything on our "store trouble" wiki page fails,
2. everything on the next page it takes you for repairing to also fails,
3. the steps I posted above also fails.....
4. then your next best option is probably going to be a clean install.
Could a new Windows update fix this issue?
not likely if these don't work that likely won't either
a system would have to be REALLY broken for a repair job to fail
I also found out that error 0x8007005 is usually related to access restrictions or insufficient permissions to perform the installation operation. Are there any options to give certain rights?
as long as you are an administrator-level user, you have all the rights you need
what about this command? " takeown /f [file/folder path] /r /d " can it help?
Maybe try on another user?
if the above repairs failed, that definitely won't work either
