So, recently, I did a full reset on my hard drive because none of my applications were loading and i couldnt get into the settings to try and fix it. It was fine until about a month later, (today), when I booted up my computer and was met with a blurry windows screen. After a while it went to normal. I pressed enter so I could type in my password, and it went to the blurry screen forever. I tried resolving this by going administrator in command prompt, but that didn't work. So I decided to reset it again. I went to to a full hard drive reset, and after about 5 minutes I was met with a screen saying "there was a problem resetting your computer." Any help would be great.

Also, yes. I did try resetting it multiple times. I was met with the same screen each time.

that might be the cause and he should use usb installer instead of the built in one

last time i had a reset warranting problem my grandpa told me that i just need a new hard drive alltogether. he worked with computers for 20 years so i didnt take his words lightly, of course, but since it seemed to work i didnt.

if you get a new drive you still have to windows on it

#

so either ways you have to have a working computer and an 8GB usb
