#change taskbar position in windows 11

you dont unless you want to use a program that edits the registry for you
I edited the registry, though it still doesn't work.
It might have been patched
I can't confirm anything because I don't have a Windows 11 machine on hand at the moment
Okay
I realised
ExplorerPatcher exists if you want that
And you get the Win10 taskbar back (mostly)
It's patched in the latest builds of 11
Currently you can't move the taskbar
But the latest version goes up to Windows 11 Build 22621.1992
They recently uninstalled that
Ahh
It's messed up with my PC, and it has major issues like the Windows start button not working
Makes sense I assume your windows build was too new
There isn't really any other way
Except a third party dock app like nexus dock
Yep, my Windows is on the latest version (22621.2070), and they mentioned that ExplorerPatcher supported Windows (22621.1992). I didn't check my Windows version before installation, my bad 🙂
Finally, I installed Nexus dock to move my taskbar. It has an issue, or maybe it's a setting I don't know. The Nexus dock is overlaying while using other apps. I placed the Nexus dock in the left corner. Whenever I move the mouse there, it appears on the screen, but in a second, it hides from the screen.
