About 2 days ago now, my internet suddenly quit without any warning. I've been trying everything to get it back online since then with no luck. It connects to the SSID but can't connect to the internet. I'm done using my phone as an intermediary for data transfer. Can someone please help me?

I ran all of the usual cmd commands, did a network reset in settings, and tried fiddling with the control panel applet with no luck anywhere.

Upon further digging it seems my PC isn't being assigned an IP address.

Gonna check with my dad to see if he can get into the router settings

I fixed it, it was a Windows issue. I reinstalled my OS and it's working perfectly now! Still unsure of what actually went wrong, sadly.
