I'd try these steps:

install latest wine (8, I think) using their .deb server and installing wine-devel

try the method about download a UWP software, unpack it and unpack it compacted files inside it

hmm it works except the fact that it shows "unknown caller" for whatsapp call even tho they are my saved contacts, but I think it does the job as long as it doesn't effect my phone's battery life too much.
