Ok

#

Nvm I found it

#

There's a .dmp file

#

@languid quail i will upload the dump file

#

It says you don't have permission to open the file

#

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

#

thats what the error said

  • boot to safe mode if u can especially with networking then upload dump files located in C:\Windows\minidump, make sure to move them to. a new location and zip them up
Or that C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP, make sure to move it to another location and zip it up. and use mega.nz and share the link

this is a bugcheck code 0xef from the event id 41 and that bugcheck event, whcih means a process died or thread id. I need to know which the processes is or thread id.
In this case it is a process as the parameter is 0x0
