#PC behaves abnormally and stop working well when starting an heavy game

when I start a game, the PC starts to behave strangely, sometimes when starting the game, other times while I'm playing, and this happens with various games, with all heavy games, the PC starts to no longer respond correctly to the commands, in the search bar you don't see anything, you can't open other apps, and the more time passes and the more everything stops working, and the only way to get it working again is to restart, it's really frustrating, the PC behaves normally until I start a heavy game...

i disabled every startup app in task manager

after doing this i started the game

it doesnt seem like my pc is overheating, or using too much CPU, GPU, or RAM

so, im really not understanding why i crash

ram usage growing, but hey, i played this game so much, and the ram is making problems only now? a bit weird

While playing, in full game, with high graphics, the ram usage is 10 GB, and I have 16, disabling all startup programs the crash and frozen problem have not reoccurred, however I have not yet thoroughly tested everything, so it could be the RAM is the problem, although I'm not sure

Your HDD is hitting 100%. If your windows system files are on your HDD, that may mean that you can play your games as normal (which are on your SSD) but the windows system does not cooperate
