I tried to reset my computer and when I did it brought me to my home page where I enter my password, but the thing is I didn’t even enter my password and it said it was invalid? And then when I try to go to my blue screen menu, and reset my pc from there my pc just restarts no matter what and I cannot do anything can someone please help me

I can access my BIOS menu from the Advanced options but if I try to access anything else/ click on anything else it would restart my pc and then it would say “invalid password” when I am booted in

anyways, you will need to download the Media creation tool to your other computer from the Microsoft website, which is here https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

after it is downloaded, open it
once it shows this, click Accept
once you get to the "What do you want to do?" screen, click "Create installation media for another PC"
click "Next" on this part
then, click on USB drive, and then "Next"
plug in your USB drive, and select it here, then click "Next"
I don't have a USB drive connected, so it doesn't show it, but whatever USB you have, it will show it there.
