shutdown because sleep is actually still on
if you have anything that requires leaving it overnight then sleep is ok
I need the sleep function. I am just asking is it okay or it will damage components
it is fine
putting your pc into sleep can be beneficial
Can u explain...i want to gain the knowledge
Applications are all run in background when u put it on sleep mode. Set it to something hours of sleep to shutdown in settings
sleep stores ur system state to your ram, and everything is in low power mode
then it can be wake up by an input
and no it's not beneficial. Sleep is sleep, does nothing to the kernel it's not a human
Its not damaging too right.. i can use sleep every night?
why wud it damage it?
Like heating or something running a sytem 24*7
i jusst said everything is in low power mode meaning it won't heat anything
