I have never had this problem before with my computer.
I've just had this problem today, not yesterday.
I've tried troubleshooting and doing the things youtube told me, but it didn't work at all.
Now it just loaded in, but after that it stopped.

Have you restarted it using the restart button ? (For some a restart is a shutdown then powering it on again)
