after I restarted I had the blue screen with the error code srttrail.txt log error
then I tried everything I found in the internet
my last option was to reset the pc, but that didn't work either, the pc said it wouldn't work
now is my question
do you have any ideas or tips?? I can't find any other solution

yes only when i start the pc always the blue screen pop up

Probably something in the system corrupted

yeah probably corrupted system files or stuff

do you have another computer available (could be a friend’s or family’s computer) and an 8GB USB?
