Windows defender local security authority protection problem

As it asked me to restart the PC I did but still failed to enable the protection but why?

Note: defender also kept crashing when trying to open it about 8 times then worked

I also have The same issue after updating to the new Windows 11 update. The local security should still be enabled and it is a bug, so I hope it will be fixed soon.
