It isnt, I've experienced those problems for almost a year

It is a network issue, not the main adapter

For No internet, Secured

Try forgetting the network and reenter the pass then reconnect

#

If you have 300kb Per Second:
Device Manager > Network Adapter > Click two times on your Ethernet Port > Advanced > Make sure the KB/Data limit is on maximum

Otherwise:
Check if your cable supports more than 300KB.

If non works, do a network reset, Otherwise if it doesnt work:

Cmd (Admin) > enter the following:

netsh winsock reset

Then

ipconfig /flushdns

Then restart

Try another Wireless USB one

I think it happens because I am in Iran because everything is banned here, maybe my Wi-Fi is also banned
