maybe try downgrading your windows 10 install to windows server 2012 as non debloated windows 10 & 11 are slow on old and low spec hardware

I personally would not resort to server 2012 for 2 resons:

  1. It is piracy unless you're willing to shell several hundred $$$
  2. It is designed for servers not PCs

@low haven Try sending me your resource usage in task manager (right click taskbar open task manager > go to performance tab)

I'd just do a quick scan in Windows Defender (or other antivirus provider but really I prefer Defender due to least resource usage)
