#where can i put my steering wheel (first desk setup pic here)

I need some help trying to find a way to allow me to use my keyboard and my new steering wheel at the same time. Anyone got ideas? (Btw updated desk reveal)

I had mine on a portable desk kinda thing but its not really the best to play on because the weigt makes it easy to pull the steering wheel

Sometimes they have a drawer for a keyboard that would've been perfect here

but it would be annoying if you have to take out the drawer every time you want to use the keyboard

move the books somewhere else and put your laptop on its place, now that the laptop moved theres space for it

just try to not cover the screen as you're using it as a secondary screen like me

The reason why i have both of my screens side by side is that i want them to act as one massively long monitor

My mum said that i should just mount my wheel on a small table and then drag the table in front of me when i need it

my mum then thought of instead getting a small desk extension and then mounting the wheel there

and then whenever i wanna play, i just pivot my monitor as the stand of my monitor is pretty flexible

this is old ik but the simplest solution would be to remove the wheel from the desk each time, it isn't that difficult having owned various logitech steering wheels in the past, just get the wheel and plop it back on your desk, tighten the clamps and ur done

Used to do it and it's far quicker than folding/unfolding the sim chair I now use (nlr fgt lite)

I think it's best to look at easy to access storage solutions

The wheel is slanted is convenient, it'll keep your legs/chair from colliding with it

#

This way you can also route cables through the back of the desk and it'll always be plugged in

#

Similarly, you could just mount it on the left side of ur desk
