#Windows Security doesn't detect standard hardware security

yeah it is
still need to know more, like take a look at msinfo32, know whether op has enabled TPM 2, virtualization features of CPU (on intel called VT-x and VT-d) and secure boot, in UEFI
obviously when they are off, Windows security (defender) says standard hardware security not possible
I mean VT-d doesn't need to be there
