Secure Boot isn't TPM. You need to check its version and you really enabled the TPM in your UEFI / BIOS. Links of troubleshooting TPM status below.

It is helpful to tell us your exact CPU model and what type/brand of BIOS you have. I know it's an Intel platform.

Since your TPM tech is Intel PTT, the driver cab be updated using Windows Update/Device Manager automatically.

Yes. If you have bitlocker om

If you have none, then there is relatable issue.

No drive with Bitlocker.

You need to turn off and disable bitlocker from all your drives first

C and S have bitlocker set. You need to decrypt the drives and turn off bitlocker

You don't just clear tpm first. Follow the instructions top to bottom.
