Limit your screen time, see what sites ur visiting, see what apps u use, how long u use them, block any app they want u from using

erg you could use a w11 install with bitlocker and a pincode only you know

then install policies to disable logging in with a microsoft account

i have decided to dual boot instead

dont want to tamper any setting in my parental locked windows

i will leave it as it is
