monitor has no display

my second monitor wont work for some reason and I dont know why its black and even when I turn on the monitor it wont show the power on display but I know the monitor is on and I also can move my mouse and tabs to the other screen

have you tried any of these?

• test monitor with another computer
• test with another cable
• test computer with a different monitor
• update graphics driver of your computer

I have tried everything except the last one ima try it ty

well the another computer I cant do because I dont have another computer

but even when its not connect to my pc

it has no output I can even open the menu

like when I press the buttons on the monitor there should be a menu so you can customize that wont show up

so far all signs point to the monitor's display hardware being broken

it sounds like everything works as expected EXCEPT you cannot see anything on the screen

right?

i would try to confirm by finding any other device i can connect to the same monitor
or check if there is an active warranty/contact manufacturer

the monitor not working as expected even when its not connected to the computer is pretty telling

i guess you can also see if the monitor has a different output

like hdmi, displayport, vgi, etc

it is the most likely scenario to me now

you can eventually confirm by testing the same monitor with a different computer which i know you dont have right now
