TIFU by using a debloat script, when applying it froze then gave me a Checking Media... error

Anyways, perhaps it created a restore point which you could use... But the only way to do that is either the recovery (which doesn't boot) or a USB (which you don't have)
Only thing you can really get is a USB with a Windows installer (you do need some other PC temporarily to get the installer onto the USB)

Update: the reason was my ssd died while doing the debloater. Probably why it freezed before my reset
