Windows reinstalling stuck

I want to reinstall windows but i want to keep apps but when i try to do it the installer stuck at 37%

Firstly I suggest you to back up the things you want

Try a sfcann now

maybe it needs an update

But there is one problem if i try to update it wont show anything thats the reason i want to reinstall the windows
