I have this program PC Accelerate Pro on my PC, shown under the name “AffairsSpeedup”. I’m not exactly sure what it does, but I know it’s not good. I have already attempted multiple times through the Control Panel and Programs tab in Settings, but despite saying “Do you want to delete …?” and “To fully delete, you must reboot…” it never actually removes it. In addition, Windows Defender doesn’t detect it as unsafe or anything. Can someone help?

anti malware is a virus in its self anyways they get paid by companies to say things that arent a virus are a virus
