So when i power up my pc, the monitor displays nothing but everything is yellow. this wasnt a problem before. i just got bored of my pc and turned it off and after some time i turned it up again and this issue started to occur. Could be this a monitor problem on anything else? are there any solutions to it?

i installed a few programs like bluestacks and salad
and then shutted it down
and yellow thing started to occur when i tried to power my pc again

I booted up my pc the next day to show the screenshot of yellow thing.
but i think monitor is fine windows is bad
nvm i pressed restart and its working fine
