When I run an mp4 file in vlc, this shows up stays for a few seconds and vlc goes black, but the video is an hour long , what's the issue?

@neat orbit Can you send me the MP4 file? Seems like this is a promotional message which is baked into the video itself.
Because look at the bottom it says "3_01.mp4" it only says that when VLC actually runs the file.
Send me the link to download this MP4 file I will import it in a video editor and it will tell us the whole story.

this is a video lecture downloaded from facebook or elsewhere. I collected some of these lectures from telegram. some video lectures play, some shows this message.they have name like this, "3_12_চল_তড়িৎ_equivalent_resistance_special_math_problem,_square" . I named the first one 3_01 .
