Yeah there is the problem, you probably either don't have edge or just removed it in some way (you shouldn't (be able to) do that)
I bet the Instagram app is just a webview considering it is trying to open a web page.

Either try and fix Edge, or just use the web app of Instagram

I guess you could try an In-Place upgrade to attempt to reinstall Edge.

Simply go over to https://aka.ms/windows10 and download the "Media Creation Tool".
Once that is done, just open it and select "Upgrade this PC" and follow the steps.

If done correctly, this will not remove any of your personal files, programs or settings.
