My bluetooth mouse wasn't connecting so I checked my mouse and it was turning on fine, so I checked my settings and remove my mouse so I can reconnect it but its failing to remove the paired device. I checked my action menu only to find that the bluetooth option wasn't there.
I've tried running task manager to see if I could get some of the bluetooth services running but half of them wouldnt turn on.
I looked in my device manager to find that there was no bluetooth driver, not even a category for it. I've just about had it with these half assed windows updates, can someone help.
do you have microsoft account linked to your laptop windows license?
