24 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
When I press connect, it takes me back to the username and password page.
I am willing to try any suggestions.
@echo zinc they did and it works on my phone
but on my laptop it doesnt let me login using the same credentials
@balmy galleon Talk to your uni. It's either a problem with their WiFi or your laptop. More info on what a certificate is: https://www.kaspersky.com/resource-center/definitions/what-is-a-ssl-certificate
I’m the only one to have the issue, most likely the issue is on my end. I already spoke to their IT service and they couldn’t help.
Reinstall wifi drivers? That and reinstall windows are the only ideas I really have
Doesnt work reinstalling drivers
Hello, are you using eduroam or another service?
You can view the security settings on your phone and apply them to a new wifi profile
Yes
And yes
I think it’s eduroam
I found the solution but I don’t think it can be fixed from my end
As of Windows 11, we noticed that we were getting prompted to continue connecting to a network that we’d never had a problem with before. It’s already defined in group policy, so this new behavior is puzzling and annoying. The certificate in question is for the NPS/Radius server our network uses to validate credentials for the wifi.
