Ok so I was browsing a site and I clicked a ad. I scanned the ads URL with virustotal and one thing said it was malicious .After that I opened malwarebytes free and scanned. Then I tried to open Norton but my computer was lagging so it took a few minutes. When I finally opened Norton it said that I needed to update something immediately updated. After the update I ran a Norton full system scan and no malware hits. Also skype tried to open my web cam twice but that has happened before I clicked the link.
EDIT
I tried to download Security task manger (Its well known and I downloaded it from the right site) and it worked. When I tried to delete it it sent me to chrome and a chrome pop up said the file maybe dangerous to my computer abd there was a little button to discard the file. I discarded the file but I was shook up and I deleted the security task manger. Then randomly google chrome asked for webcam access... I saw through Norton .Then Microsoft edge asked for webcam access. I have a slider to hide the web cam BUT I AM FREAKING THE HECK OUT PLEASE SOMEONE HELP PLEASE.
