Issues with the lock screen

The first issue is that when I hover over the like the image that you see you can see a white transparent reflection of it extending down covering the entire right portion of the screen. Haven't found any solution to fix it yet. It came along when I downloaded the windows 22H2 update ie a few days before.

The second issue is the most disturbing of all, whenever I click on any popup on the home screen it gets stuck as you can see in the video n image all popups gets stuck along with the lock screen then my only choice is to open the laptop with the fingerprint and then it responds and opens.
This issue has been throughout windows 11 with my pc, it started about 20 days after installing my windows 11. Additionally, whenever I download any update the issue goes away the popups are clickable and open microsoft edge after unlocking the laptop but then it comes again.
(My default browser is opera instead of edge but that shouldn't be a problem I suppose)

Haven't tried any solution till now as I have never seen such issues before.
Please suggest any solutions for the same, will be grateful

Well , first of all , the reason of the first issue can be a light issue on your windows , it can be a monitor light type problem , or even a broken part in the monitor . Now , second issue can be : lagging , and a problem at the browser ( microsoft edge ) . try to turn off these suggestions and turn it on again , if this problem gets even worse , try formating your machine .
