when i close a windows explorer window my pc bluescreens with error code 'CRITIKAL_PROCESS_DIED' can someone please help

i probably should've explained a bit more

check C:\Windows\Minidump and see if there's anything there

if there is, send the latest file

#

you may need to use something like google drive if it's too large
