I recently purchased The Crew Motorfest for my twin sons, expecting full cross-play functionality as advertised.
However, it appears cross-play is currently limited to PvP modes only. Will cross-play support for co-op events and free roam be added in a future update? It's disappointing that we can't enjoy these features with each other right now.

Same here, my friend is on PC, I'm on PS5, FH5 can add friends cross-platform via the Xbox app,Motorfest Cannot achieve cross-platform functionality through Ubisoft connect

Technically Ubi connect does support it, just the game itself does not.

They clarified that like a month in after a huge false advertising backlash, so at this point getting misled is on you ngl

to be fair, they still do not clarify this on the console marketplace pages even to this day. they just point out it has crossplay, which is still technically true, but does not elaborate further. it checks the box but leaves off the asterisk/fine print.
