100% not loud enough (it infuriates me to no end that there's no transmission noises in GT cars with no sound deadening and straight cut gears)

Transmission Noises in general are fine, the one that bother me are the way over the top gear change sounds.
More Freedom in those areas ( in form of one, maybe two new audio sliders ) would be great
