i'm re-experiencing my BL2 days of needing to lower my settings and still enjoy that type of game

Sludgemaw is the biggest pain in the ass to farm..

its a thrasher.. he pops up for a few seconds, then he goes underground for twice the time he shows his face and pops up under you for a few seconds.. rinse and repeat

and when i did bait him out, got back up there and he had long intervals of not showing. Best way i found was to constantly run in to him while he is under ground, melee for vulnerability and dash backwards to safety while spamming high dps shotgun

you dont have to run around, just listen to him, and you'll know where he will pop up

my problem is that he oneshots me sometimes and there are no adds

buut the essense is, farm on easy mode if you just want legs.. some say that certain mods or firmware only drops on harder difficulty's, but as far as straight up legendarys and xp.. easy is more efficient (the faster kills offset the xp boost on uvm)

got to love when you need to hit headshots for a challenge as anything else doesn't do damage, but enemies have shields, their head hitbox gets blocked by arms that have too large hitboxes + AI on your side keeps running in front and blocking view/shots

and then when you line up a shot, as soon as you shoot, boom dash out the way
