I have this same issue with some of my cars and other vehicles from my tc2 account. Could it be that my tc2 saves are on ps4/5 and now im on pc? its all the same account so I dont see why there is a problem.

Yes, the vast majority of them already are importing correctly. It's mainly just these two bikes and a select few of the vanities from the last TC2 update that were scattered about in summits.

Because TCM has better backend tech and actually supports cross save, TC2 does not. It's not going to be resolved until next season, probably. Not sure if you noticed but this game only gets patched once every 4 months when a new season drops.
