Please enable livery editor/apply livery to all vehicles esp. Cars and planes. I completed the ocean n sky playlist and won the Bearcat.. to my dismay I couldn't change the colors /livery.. although there are color options only the seat color changes... and liveries can't be applied either...😥😞

Not all vehicles will have access to all customization options. That's just the way it is

reasons are simple, either IVT sees them like a work of art ( the example, Hoonigan cars ) or the License for the Vehicle in question was only given under that certain restriction!

I understand but the Bearcat was a Navy fighter post WWII... if it was Navy blue /Dark blue I wouldn't have an issue... but its dark green! all other planes, Spitfire, Corsair, Staggerwing, Pilatus PC-7 have customizable colors and livery.. why not the Bearcat?

Probably a licensing thing. Ivy never lets us know the real reasons

Licensing? I'm not sure if that's the reason.. The Bearcat's been out of production for over 80 years now.. and besides, the surviving Bearcats are painted in a variety of colors /liveries.. but commonly Navy blue with a USN livery like so:
