It's honestly becoming a joke on how poorly balanced this game is. Is anything in this game ever going to be based off of skill? Even summit events are based entirely on parts grinded for events rather than your skill to race. My best score for a race was ranked gold, but I'm still going to get platinum this week for no other reason than how broken the Events are in the summit. There is no skill needed to play this game. You just have to no life for hours. In my photo I have my rank for each race, I should 100% not be in plat, but I will get it no questions asked because of how poorly designed the game is. Fix your stuff Ubisoft.

Unfortunately summits will never truly be fair unless they abolish affixes.

If they made races worth 200K at max and left the events at 150 it would be way better. Sure older players will still have an advantage, but platinum shouldn't be strictly for the ones who grind a ton. It should be both skill and grind for Platinum. There's no point in grinding parts or even trying to perfect your path for the races because of how much weight the events carry in the game. It devoids the game of purpose just to let older players stay bad and still feel good.

just accept being an NPC who paid to be an NPC. Game's made for whales who spend real money, and they need us to grind as long as possible.

You can't pay for parts with real money nor would you have to spend that much in-game money to recalibrate them.

Couldn't agree more with your comment. How about the people that constantly reset after going thru check points.... what a joke. That should not be allowed. Not much of race/skill test. Also, score breaker is a joke too..., not much racing/skill going on there.

Also the reset time can change depending on loading time making it more unfair

Out of the 112,573 players that played the summit this week 105,090 of them played the loaned vehicle race. Thwarting the other races by a significant margin. It's almost as if people prefer balanced competitive play over playing a competitive game mode at a disadvantage. Weird....

Yes they could possibly not own the cars, but like 2 hours of grand races should be more than enough to get all of them. It's not a bad grind since we're here for cars and racing which is what that grind gets you.

Nah. Most players did the summit race because they could use that car.... since without a tune its sucks..... dint even bother doing the rest

Sounds to me like you just need a meta go kart tune to do good and since it's requiring skill to drive you don't like it.

The car was super easy to drive if you know how to apex
