the graphics are at minimum but the capture is more laggy

they're not, you clearly have stuff like motion blur

i can't tell from my phone screen but bet you haven't reduced the resolution scaler all the way down

Nah ai just weird af, i play ps4 and anytime i do longer races especially the new york hypercar the ai almost as though it was programmed will randomly cut off the road or fall through the ground at specific points sometimes, random points other times
