A 1x1x1 fuel pump block that takes a small amount of fuel (<10mb/s) to enable pumping in compact spaces. Fuel could be delivered either from siphoning some of the fuel its pumping or a separate input on the side for pumping other fluids. A notable application of a turbopump of this style would be making rockets and missiles in reasonable form factors.

How would it then receive a rotational power to operate?

forest karma
#

It would burn fuel

#

Internally, as a combination of blocks for the sake of space efficiency

#

Okay, but wouldn't it mean extra setup with hoppers or something to provide a fuel to it?

#

Oh wait

#

I see what you mean

forest karma
#

Liquid fuel, like turpentine or tfmg gasoline

worthy gust
#

Like providing fuel from the side?

forest karma
#

Yes, from a pipe, or taking some from the line its pumping if its an acceptable fuel

Okay, my bad, didn't read the full message carefully before 😅

#

I actually like this idea, fits nice. Gotta ask others

perhaps it would always pump into a reservoir reserved for its own use, or on redstone signal

#

i would like the turbopump to be integrated into the engine

forest karma
#

i like that too, but i think there should be both

#

in case there are bizarre space constraints for specific designs

how do you power an engine connected to a rocket
