A single block for flaps(yes)

I mean making flaps in aeronautics is pretty hard and even if you make them work, they are gonna as big as plane wing, so my idea is to add a single block for it with side for inputting rotation power, 1 on opposite that will have sticky part to attach wings, and it will have 2 sides to which you send redstone signal, 1 side to turn up flap and 1 to turn down, and the power of signal will affect how strong flap will turn, for example: signal with power of 15/15 turn flap by 45 degrees, 14/15 by 42, 13/15 by 39 and so on. This will make building planes much easier and make their structure smaller.
(Also I am not sure if it was already made somewhere but I will still suggest it)
