That might be a bit outside my skill set, but you can mess with settings, and in the visual style tab, adjust the settings to your liking. With custom planets it's easy, but solar system objects are very difficult to edit, sadly.

you'll have to get a grip of custom textures and what not. you can't just change the color of jupiter

if anything, you could fuck around the atmosphere's colors
