I've been playing Arms in Mythic+ since its buff, but in raids, the Fury Warrior performs better, not counting, of course, Light-Blinded Vanguard. Two weeks ago, I decided to craft Ver/Haste bracers so I could use them on both specs. This week, I thought about doing the same but with a Cape. I've already simulated it, and the difference between stats bis and Ver/Haste isn't that much in both specs.
