So most of the difference for this fight is going to revolve around padding on the adds more. A lot of this raid tier is just add-pad difference. For example, at ~1:12 on your Heroic Vorasius kill, the Blistercreep adds spawn, and you use your Avatar+CS+Bladestorm when only one add is in range. Other players are either holding until the adds are grouped up (2-3 of them) which scales your DPS significantly higher.

Also, during Execute Phase (under 35%) you want to only use Mortal Strike if you've cast Execute twice first. This lets you max out a talent called Executioner's Precision which makes your MS hit like a truck. The rough rotation is MS -> (2 Executes and any Heroic Strike procs) -> MS. During execute phase I'm seeing times where you're sending MS with only 1 stack of Executioner's Precision, as seen here:

the other piece to focus on is your ABCs or "Always Be Casting". There were a few times throughout the fight where you had empty GCDs, usually when you were avoding puddles or repositioning. Obviously stay alive (dying is the worst dps you can do), but im seeing about 80% uptime on spells across the fight, with melee downtime lasting a few seconds here and there.

Do your best to aways stay in melee range, and as soon as a GCD is available to use, get it going. You can also pre-cast a spell and it'll queue for the next time a GCD is available, using it instantly.
